Please Note

Minimum stay is for 2 nights. Price is per night for 1-2 people. Arrival time 3pm and checkout time is 10.30am unless otherwise agreed. The hot tub is for your own personal use if you wish to use it, you will need to fill with water and light the wood-burner to heat it. Full instructions are provided in our guest information folder when you arrive. We love animals, but as this is a working farm we are unable to accept pets.

Booking Rates

High Season - April - October (Mon - Thur £140.00 Fri - Sun £160.00)
Low Season - October - December & January - April (Mon - Thur £125.00 Fri - Sun £145.00)
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years day £250.00 per night.

To make a booking click on an available start date and end date, an email will be sent to you with bank details.
A 20% Deposit is required to confirm your booking, or full payment if booking within 14 days of your stay.

Cancellation Policy - Full refund given up to 14 days before your stay.
